Fiore Toyota is a family operation with a clear focus on customer satisfaction. Most rewarding was a recognition for customer sales satisfaction awarded to us in July of 2010. Toyota released perfomance data that placed Fiore Toyota not only #1 in the Boston Region in June, but also #1 in the nation for customer sales satisfaction out of 1,222 dealers. In additon, in 2009, we consistently received some of the highest rankings by Toyota customers for service. We are also pleased and very proud of the fact that our Toyota service customers rated us #1 in customer satisfaction against all Rhode Island and south coast Massachusetts Toyota Dealers at the end of 2008. Although it is an honor to receive these recognitions, we still believe there is always room for improvement. Our vision and focus is therefore to continue to make Fiore Toyota even better for you.
